AXEOP is dedicated to providing hard to find apparel and collectibles by partnering with global merchants and jewelry artisans in order to provide you with the best prices and a unique global shopping experience.
- How much is shipping?
- This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to.
- For non-promotional items, shipping is FREE for many products advertised on our store.
- How long does it take for an order to arrive?
We ship worldwide.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on availability of your items.
NOTE : PROCESSING TIME IS 24 - 72 HOURS DUE TO HIGH DEMAND
On most shipments please allow 14 - 30 days for delivery (after the 3-day processing period).
In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected and sometimes it depends on your destination (for certain geographical locations it can take up to 45 days to arrive). Your patience is truly appreciated. You can always contact us if you have any questions regarding your purchase at Axeopcohelp@gmail.com. Our customer service is quick and responsive. (If you do not hear from us right away, it is most likely because we are extremely busy with other queries or order processing. But, rest assured, we will get back to you in no more than 24 hours on Monday - Friday.)
- There is a 3-day processing period (not including weekends): once you place your order, it may take up 3 business days to process, after which it is shipped. Once it is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can check on the status of your shipment by visiting the following link Track Your Order ; If the Track Order page does not work, or if your tracking number does not work, please email us and we will provide you with information on the delivery status of your order.
- Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Many of our items have FREE Shipping. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

- Can I have a tracking number?
- Just in case we have not provided one, it usually becomes available 2 days after shipment .
- But we do guarantee delivery so there's no need to worry.
- If you haven't received your item within 25 days please let us know.

- I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
- We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)
- Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email wrong or mis-typed. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.
If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
- Are the "FREE" items really free?
- YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping cost. The price of the item itself is $0.00 :)
- What is your refund / exchange policy?
- We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee- Which means we will refund your money if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order
(wrong item, defective product, etc.),. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.
- Kindly return it to us in its original packaging within 15 days of delivery and we'll be happy to issue a refund or replacement.
Please Note: Although many of our items
shipdirect from our USA warehouse, certain "special order" items ship direct from our international vendors.
